This was the worst food I have ever had at any Arby’s ever. The meat was thick, chewy, and greasy. The bread was soggy and gooey. I literally could not eat my sandwich, my husband who loves beef didn’t eat his, and our daughter ate only half of her. She said it was better than being hungry.

Only drive thru was available. That said the staff were working hard to get the order correct as quickly as possible. I had the chicken pecan salad sandwich and my pup had a beef slider!

Took 30 minutes to get through 3 cars in drive-thru. Roast beef was cold. Onion rings burnt and the aujus had so much powder in bottom it made me sick… Pictures included.
