We visited the Worland Arby’s for lunch in June, 2023. We arrived right before the lunch crowd. We ordered two French dips. We had to wait quite a while for the food to come out. But it did come out before everyone else who followed us. It wasn’t the least expensive lunch we’ve ever had. But to be fair, it wasn’t overly expensive either considering todays world.

My husband and I had such a negative experience going tonight. We were super kind and were trying to state our order slowly and clearing , but the man at the drive through interrupted me three times and rushed us to make our order. All together he was very rude. When we got to the window to pay, he grabbed our card very aggressively and didn’t give me a chance to ask for side sauces before slamming the window shut. When he gave us our drink, he gave us the wrong size and stated it was correct even though we paid for a different size. This was not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with this specific worker. It’s extremely unfortunate, I love going to Arby’s but I will not be a customer there if they continue to allow that kind of rude behavior for no reason.

This was our last stop to grab some food before we headed over the mountains on our road trip. Was able to grab some hot food for us and the kiddos but otherwise was unremarkable. Food was good and service was average. Not a lot of other options in the area at the time though.

This Arby’s was clean. The staff was friendly. And the food was fantastic. I literally commented that my sandwich looked exactly like the picture of that sandwich. Food was hot and tasty. AND…we ate with a real cowboy!
