The food here is amazing, but the attitude of the employee who took my order was horrible. When I couldn’t understand what she was saying she started yelling at me and then when I got my order it was wrong she blamed it on me saying I didn’t order that even though I know what I said. I’ve worked fast food I understand it can get busy and you can make mistakes but being rude to the customer is never the answer

The service was fast to take our order, but it was a little slow to get us our food. When I got my food, my fries were a little on the cool side, but everything else was hot. I had the new wagyu deluxe burger combo. I wasn’t impressed by the burger. The ingredients seemed fresh, burger tasted good, but I wasn’t digging the special sauce. Don’t get me wrong, it was a good burger, but not for the price of it. I wish you’d bring back the ham and Swiss sandwich, it was one of my favorites.

Food was really good. Giving only a 3 star rating because the guy who took our order (assuming a manager because he was wearing a button up) needs a bit of an attitude check. He was rude and kept cutting me off while I was trying to order. I get wanting to get through customers coming in but honestly that was ridiculous. Wanting to give this location one more chance after today but I have no problem taking my business elsewhere if it’s an experience like this one.
