I went there last weekend for a conference for work and was awed by the decor! The food was made fresh but the roast beef could have been sliced thinner but overall everything was delicious!

Amy has the worst customer service and was very rude after they had given me my buffalo chicken sandwich not fully cooked. Her answer was that’s not possible as we cook them for 6 minutes, but clearly I have a chicken sandwich that’s not cooked. I get it mistakes happen but to make things worse she refused to refund my order to me. I live out of town and will have to save this sandwich to drive 30 minutes out of my way tomorrow just to go show them. This restaurant was very empty and I now can see exactly why! Very very disappointed with my experience/visit to this store. The Glenwood Springs location is 100x better.

I work down the road and stop here every so often. Today I went through drive through and ordered a French dip and was sadly disappointed to open meal and barely find enough French dip sauce to eat half my sandwich. Now I’m scared to open sandwich, will I find barely any meat? I might have to make a right turn into Culver’s from now on.

Food was great, except for the sizes. I got a large meal and my wife got a medium. When we got to the window. The woman handed my wife the drinks. Were the same size. We asked her and she said there was no longer small sizes. Just large and medium. Didn’t make sense. Parked in lot to eat. Opened bag and French fries were in same size container. Seems like nobody can do there job right these days.

When you get to your destination and accuse your spouse of sneak eating your fries when in fact the employees don’t know how to give the correct amount of fries

So very dirty. The kids working are doing their best…but some upper management really needs to step in and take a look at the inside of this store

This Arby’s was very nice, the floors and tables were clean. The cashier was very friendly and patient while we perrused the menu. Once we ordered it didn’t take very long for them to finish our order and when it came out it was quite obvious most if not all of it was freshly made. It wasn’t sitting in a food warmer for hours waiting for us. Definently reccomend and will definently be back!

I only eat Arby’s once in a while. This time, I tried the online app, and it said my food would be done by a certain time. I got there, and it took another 20 minutes before I even received my order.

I should have known better but against my better judgment I decided to go here and try the new rib sandwich instead of going to Culver’s next door. I won’t be making that mistake again, the entire place was pretty much a ghost town and I stood around for several minutes waiting for service. During my wait I noticed all the fry warmers were full of aging fried food so I decided it would be in my best interest to just order my sandwich instead of a meal with old, cold fries. I finally get service, order my sandwich and pay. I’m told it’ll be a few minutes and they’ll call my name when it’s ready. I get my sandwich and while I shouldn’t have been surprised, I was surprised to see that it had been microwaved. The cheese looked like lava and it was super steamy. Some pieces of meat were very hot, others were lukewarm. The crispy onions on top were soggy and noticeably cold compared to the rest of the sandwich. The meat was dry and much more tough than I was expecting and it really needed the BBQ sauce. Unlucky for me they were feeling stingy with the sauce so only half the sandwich had some. Easily my worst fast food experience in recent memory and a solid reminder that if I have to choose between a dead Arby’s or a dead Culver’s, Always. Choose. Culver’s. They cook everything to order and it’s easily 100x better. This was my first and will be my last time trying the new Arby’s.
