I ordered a roast beef meal with a jamoca shake. The crinkle cut fries were cold. They were out of straws so I wound up wearing my shake trying to drink it. I’d asked for salt and got one packet to use between the cold fries and sandwich. Who’s managing this place?? Get in the car and go to Sam’s Club and buy some straws!!

Got carry out one weekday during a slight dinner rush. We had paid and were waiting, half our order was given to us and then had to wait on the other half to get done. The staff was good under pressure minus that that one mistake. But all have been polite and well mannered when Ive been there. Drive thru is fast and good service too.

Would absolutely give zero if given the option. Real classy pm shift. Thankfully talked to the PM manager and he corrected the problem and was wonderful (5+ stars to him Kean/Keenan I believe was his name). Also sounds like he knows who the problem is. But come on. People are feeding this to their children after working a 10 hour shift and a band concert.

I never had a problem with doordash or walking in but. Every time I? Go. Through the? Drive. Through why does it take them 25 minutes? Just to give me my order like if you can sit there and talk. You should be able to make a bag. If you’re that short staff maybe you shouldn’t be open.

Went thru the drive thru Monday 4/10/23. The service was amazing and the person who took my order was a manager named Kellen who I can’t stress how friendly, fast and accurate he was! The food was also fresh and delicious in a very timely matter! Highly recommend

It’s been ok when I’ve gone there but the service isn’t great. My food was cold the last time I went also as soon as I got it. So gotta check for that. Overall I’d go back but be weary of service and food quality.
