Does this look appetizing to you? It doesn’t to me. Does this look like the Buffalo Crispy Chicken Sandwich to you? It doesn’t to me. I would always order this at other Arby’s branches, and my order would always look exactly like the picture advertised. The wrapper covering my sandwhich was also covered with sauces, so who knows what kind of hygiene is being implemented. The drive-thru staff can also benefit on showing more friendliness or eagerness in doing what they do, instead of just handing me my order and closing the window. I was friendly from the order spot up to the window, so the least I should have gotten is a hi/hello. One can tell that this branch does not care about the quality of the food they serve, as well as the interactions they make. I have never had such a disappointing Arby’s experience such as tonight’s.

The food has definitely been going down hill the past 6 months. Used to be my fav place to eat but not anymore and today was the deal breaker. So apparently this is the new standard of food…. And no it’s not pepper, it burnt pieces from dirty oil. Everything in our order that was fried tasted burnt and old. And not to mention a lot of our food was forgotten. I’m not even mad about that, accidents happen and sometimes food is forgotten, but getting served burnt and old food is not ok. Who ever is working today needs to get re taught the standards of food. Just really disappointed in this place anymore.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, got my food and it was cold. I told the lady in the window and she just looked at me like it is normal for them. She didn’t offer to take care of it, nothing. She just stared at me like she didn’t know where she was.

McDonald’s fries were so bad that I chanced going to Arby’s. Aside from sweet teas being 90% ice, the gyro was done in record time. Because it’s roast beef slapped inside of a pita bread. A chance I won’t take again

I went to the Arby’s in Fountain CO hadn’t been in a while but saw thier commercial and thought,”why not.” Pulled up and saw the poster for the chicken salad sandwich looked really good so that was what I was going to get. As soon has I grabbed the door handle to enter the handle was sticky I looked at the glass on the door and they were filthy!! Still hopeful went in. OMG!!! I could see that the counters were filthy as well!! The manager was standing next to the fry bin looking at her phone and eating fries out of the fry bin. A person scratching their head and continues to prepare food When asked if I was ready to order? I said , “Nope.” And left. Really disappointing

Some food we ordered was missing and the sandwich tasted burnt so I could barely get through a 1/4 of it. I didn’t have time to go back and I didn’t get a receipt with a number to call or proof of purchase for my order. Not going back. Would not recommend which makes me so sad because I love Arby’s normally.

Never got a cold meal from here. It’s always Fresh and Hot. I remember when I use to clown Arby’s because I never saw them with a lot of customers. But let me tell you, Arby’s is delicious. I had their Beef N Cheddar sandwich along with the roast turkey ranch and bacon with a side of curly fries. Everything was on point and the customer service is always great as well. Try them if you ever get the chance. Take care.

Sent my husband to get a Classic roast beef and cheese. Had a ton of roast beef and no cheese or sauce. Plus my curly fries were burn! Never again.

IT’S disappointing when you order 2 fries,5 piece fish strips and a French dip and first they forget 2 of the fries and then you get home and you didn’t get the dipping sauce for the French dip. Employees need to wake up!!!!
