The food is really good and I quite enjoy Arby’s. However, the waitress was nice however she started responding to a text message while we were ordering. And it’s a nice building but extremely sticky everywhere.

Arby’s is the only fast food restaurant where we will eat in Sterling. We usually go through the drive-thru and order something to go but we have eaten inside a couple of times. The restaurant is always quite clean. We generally order something from the ‘market fresh’ menu items and everything we have ordered from the turkey ranch sandwich to the chicken wrap has always been consistently good. All the ingredients they use are fresh from the lettuce, to the tomatoes, to the bread. We stopped there last week and I asked if their curly fries are crispy. She said no but she could have them made that way and they were. Talk about good customer service. Wow!

This was a to-go order. Fries are so salty, they aren’t edible. Sandwich was to be a double roast beef, it was a double beef and cheddar. I don’t like beef and cheddar sandwiches. The meal, if you can call it that, was a totsl bust! I called to talk to the manager and got a recording that they were unavailable, please call again.

I love this Location the staff are so nice they’re really quick get your food out and they’re very helpful. The atmosphere is great always comfortable and they rarely mess up on your order.

Nice place to grab some food while traveling. Service was good, food was fresh, and the store was actively being cleaned while we were ordering. They did accidentally get us curly fries instead of crinkle fries but at least the curly fries were really fresh and tasty. Once again, it’s a nice place to grab some food on the way through.

I got the French dip and Swiss and when I bit into my sandwich, there was a long curly black hair in my sandwich. I tried to call the restaurant to complain but no one‘s answering the phone. I would give them a zero star if I could.
