I went through the drive-thru and the employees here were very good. My order was perfect. I requested catch up and extra napkins and they were provided. Employees were friendly service was fast. I deducted a star for food because they took my potato cakes off the menu. Would love to see them come back

Good food but it’s 11 for the medium chicken bacon meal… the chicken was small. Would have been 5 if the chicken was the size of the bun. I didn’t pay $11 for a bun and a tiny bit of chicken… well never mind, I guess I did. Almost forgot to mention that there was one slice of bacon broken in half on it it. I got a chicken slider and I think the slider was slightly smaller.. . I ate it first before I took pictures…

The gentleman who took my order at this Arby’s location was easily the best fast food employee I’ve ever encountered. He was very nice, attentive, & hard-working and seemed to truly care that my family and I had an excellent customer experience.

Waited 20 mins in drive thru with one car in line. Ordered a side of cheese sauce for my fries. Lady said they didn’t put it on order and would be an additional 70 cents. I had paid cash and didn’t have enough change to pay for it without using a credit card for 70 cents. Asked her if they could just give me a side of cheese since they messed up on order and we waited a ridiculous amount of time for a sandwich fries and tenders. She told me I was just lucky they were even there to take my order. I told her to keep her cheese. A person would think a free side of cheese is no big deal when you have to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes. No wonder there was only one other car in line. Just silly but I’ll never spend any more of my money at this place, not even 70 cents.

I really like the jalapeño cheese sticks and the sliders. The BBQ sliders are cheap and great if you don’t want a lot to eat. The service is great and I highly recommend this place. Although they are not always open when they are supposed to be.

It’s moderately clean, and the service is good. As well as the food! I love Arby’s. I would eat there everyday if they weren’t so expensive and more common.

Went there a couple days ago pretty late at night (always hate being that person but I needed food) and it seemed like there was only one girl working, but she was super sweet and everything tasted amazing. Great service and I will definitely be returning

Went through the drive-through just to get a small snack. Ordered a four piece chicken nugget. It was awful. Barely warm and so dried out. Won’t go there again

Went to drive thru and was greeted by a very pleasant person. She helped with the order and made a good suggestion; however I would have appreciated the info about a promo I would have ordered instead. Moving onto the kid serving at the window, well now he had the personality of a carrot. No emotion and didn’t care about anything or anyone. I asked him a few questions and EVERY answer started with “huh?”. I don’t have patience for that response! As for the food, yes they managed to screw up a 3 item order. My fault for leaving without checking if my order was correct.
