This Arby’s is not located in a very hospitable area and the traffic/road design is a bit of a pain. I’ve been here numerous times and have never had any issues with the staff though they usually seem burnt out, lol. Dining in always has available tables and usually it’s only a minute wait or so if anyone is in line. The drive through is rarely packed. Their food is always acceptable and as good as any other Arby’s. I have no complaints.

Order was incorrect (3 tenders instead of 5, missing sandwich), and usually when I dont get competence from this place, I do get courtesy. Not this time, the drive through staff (shorter woman, scary pink nails) was rude and cut me off several times, and lastly TOSSED my bag at me, before returning to chatting with her friends. Very immature, very disrespectful. Wendy’s is right across the street, and at least they’re not completely discourteous.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a classic roast beef meal. Curly fries and a lemonade. Also got mozzarella sticks frshly made. Should have asked for the fries to be fresh too as they were on the hard side. Had asked for extra Arby’s cause I like it for both my sandwich and fries but had to stop and ask for more cause they only gave me three. Overall good. Could have been fresher for the food. The lemonade was delicious and tasted like it had been very freshly squeezed.

The gal at the drive thru asked me to park and she would bring me my food. She forgot about me. 15 minutes later I walked inside and got my food. They gave me a free cookie for my inconvenience. I tried the fish sandwich and they had to cook it. Wasn’t so fresh by the time I got it. Fish wasn’t anything to brag about.
