Just wanted to add to my rating that their hours are 06:30am to 19:00pm M-F now. The photo I took shows 7am but the lady informed me that’s they are open as early as 06:30. I tried updating it on Google, we will see if it works.

What a great visit! Amy is doing a great job running the front counter! She is energetic and greets every customer and she helps things run smoothly by calling out to the staff in the back to give them heads up on orders and any shortages of items.

Only the drive-thru is open and they can be pretty slow due to being understaffed. However, it is good and as long as it isn’t busy, it’s pretty fast. Food is pretty good and always seems fresh.

Showed up at lunch rush hour. Ordering went quickly and smoothly. The cashier was energetic, spoke clearly, and a repeated my order correctly. There’s very clearly a system in place to expedite the drive through line. Order was correct and sandwiches were to standard.

Most gross meal I’ve ever orderd! How can you ruin a 3peice tender chicken meal!?? Curly fries tasted horrible like they were cooked in 3 week old oil the tenders were hard and dry. To top it off no kachup no sauce for the tenders were offered. Plain and simple this place will do a number on your bowels.

There are days when the service is great, but there are just as many days of poor service. This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I got a chicken tender on a biscuit. And instead of the french toast I ordered, I got a COLD croissant with turkey.

It’s taken 25 min from the time I arrived in the drive thru line to the time I got to the window. At the window I was given my milkshake (which I’ve since slowly taken care of) and told to pull forward and wait because they have to put more meat in the microwave and are waiting on that. I’ve since pulled forward and am still waiting for my food. It’s now been 34 min since I’ve arrived to the drive thru line and have been able to write this review and still don’t have my food…

The salads and service are on point and I enjoy eating here on my lunch break. Only thing that kind of can be off-putting is they put some employees as training or with little to no customer service attitude on the register during peak lunch hours. I don’t want to have to repeat myself 3 times or correct a simple order or wait for them to find an oft ordered item for 5 mins. I’m sorry. Training hours are not 11am to 1230pm. Please.
