It’s clean and new. Tried the new sweet and spicy cheese fries. It comes with chicken I substituted bacon. I will come back and try it with chicken and sub the curly fries. Was tasty BBQ sauce would’ve liked more cheese and bit less BBQ.

I love this Arby’s on Coulter I have never given a review and its sad my first one is so negative. I always have great food but today I tired the WAGYU Steakhouse burger and it was dry, burnt and the patty only fit in the center of the bun. Won’t ever order this item again. Thankfully it’s not a permanent item.

This is by far the worst Arby’s in Amarillo. Do not go to the Arby’s on Coulter. They staff nobody that cares anything for the customer. Missing mozzarella sticks, a single nugget on a Buffalo chicken slider, and at that, missing the Buffalo sauce altogether. Missing cheddar sauce on the classic beef n cheddar. Paid an extra dollar to have extra cheddar sauce that was also missing! I will never use this Arby’s again. I’ll drive out to Ross next time I want an Arby’s sandwich. If I could give zero stars, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Ordered at the drive-through. Ordered medium-sized items along with sandwiches. They were very small in quantity. Surprised they called them Medium. It’s not real tasty either.

Took 30 minutes in the drive thru before I got my order. Only 4 cars in front of me and that’s way too long to wait for “fast food”, there were 2 workers that I could see and neither one was very effective. The one that bagged my order forgot my fries and thank goodness I always check to see if my order is complete before I leave the drive-thru. The food itself is good but the service is not. Not sure I will go there again.
