We have been visiting this location frequently in the past few months and the food, service & wait time has been EXCELLENT. Went again yesterday, 7/17/23 and was assisted by Kevin. Only ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and he was wonderful as usual. He is very polite, helpful and even offered me some water because it was so hot. Really enjoy purchasing from this location! I‘ve been going to this Arby’s since it opened over here in Rosenberg. It’s been my favorite restaurant in town for a while! Truly love this place. The people have always been helpful, kind, and they’ve always made sure my order was just right. I used to go here almost every week, but I’ve been coming less and less over the past few months, for a few reasons…My orders haven’t come out right, the store isn’t as clean as it used to be(especially in the bathrooms and around the drive-thru), and there have been a few instances over the past few months of employees being downright mean. It’s been very disappointing and sad to see. I usually don’t care enough about a weird interaction to write a negative review, but the interaction between myself the person who was working there today was terrible. Kelsey was incredibly rude and unprofessional this evening. I’m sad to say that this isn’t my favorite restaurant in town anymore. I’m looking forward to seeing how Arby’s will handle this issue in the future.

Food portions could be considerably better. The Reuben sandwich did not have very much meat inside. To venture a guess I would say it was less than 4 oz. They do not offer mustard as an alternate sauce for the Reuben sandwich. To get mustard they give you mustard packets.

For the first time I visit your store to have a meal 15 min before closing time. Your employee was very busy with drive thru finally we get to order but she informed us that she was packing our food to go because she had to close the restaurant to go do inventory at in other store. Absolutely poor service. $37.00 just went down and they had to throw the food they prepared. You just lost 3 customers.

The roast beef sandwich was great. The gyros are awesome! We usually drive through, but chose to dine in the last time we ate there. It is a small dining room, but was comfortable.

I just start to work in that area and it was my first day at job so I love Arby’s so I went to eat there. Place looks good and new but the soda machine is broken and the beef sandwich was terrible!!! The beef and the bun is cold and didn’t taste like Arby’s all.

The worst experience….drive service took forever. The food was cold and not properly prepared. The employee that took my order initials OT as shown on the receipt was unfriendly and had a bad attitude. The manager refused to fix the order right and wanted to charge meectra money for lettuce on the gyro which was hardly none on the meal.

Staff was attentive the moment we arrived, food was all as ordered & hot, SADLY that’s a thing now! Only reason I gave 4 stars on atmosphere, even though hardly noone was there some tables were dirty, I’ll never understand dirty tables, they of all things should be kept up.
