I arrived at the restaurant to an employee talking to someone outside in a vehicle. When she saw me, she kept talking until I was about to walk inside to tell me that the lobby was closed. Then I waited in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes just to pick up an order.

FROM ORDERING FOOD TO OUR SON GETTING TO RING THIER GOOD SERVICE BELL AT THE END, THE SERVICE CHRIS GAVE US WAS DEFINITELY OUTSTANDING! I called my order ask my boyfriend to pick up the order he arrived they didn’t want to give it to him ask is this door dashi was on the phone with him at the time so I told him tell them your picking up my order or I will notify my bank and reverse charges sand never will I be back to that Arby’s again. Who orders a roast beef sandwich dry meat only when I ask for Arby’s sauce also in a cup on the side also for cheese sauce in a cup didn’t get none at all no packets or nothing this is the worst experience I ever had with Arby’s bro no I’m not satisfied with my experience there never will I return to Arby’s again I think I should be refunded.bad business.employees were very rude

Melissa took our order at the drive thru. She was highly disrespectful and mocked me and my friend and proceeded to sarcastically say “sorry” with her hand over her heart and a fake pouty face and mimicked a tear rolling down her cheek. I have never been so disrespected by a customer service worker. It was probably the worst service I’ve ever received.
