We love to eat at Arby’s when the chicken pecan wrap is in season! The wraps were hard tortilla & mushy grapes! It was good but not great! My husband enjoyed his gyro. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets. We all loved the fries/curly fries. A ton of flies in there at tables. But service was fast.

Never thought I’d be reviewing fast food in Decatur Texas but here we are got a late start on a last minute 500+ mile trip for a funeral so we were hungry and stopped at Arby’s as we set out on our drive. Everything was exactly as we ordered, all the sauces and dips were as asked for, the food was fresh and hot and well prepared. Honestly super impressed, thanks for getting it right guys, and filling our tummies for a long journey ahead.

I’ve been to a few Arby’s. This is not specific to this location… It’s just not what it was years ago. Quality of product seems to have diminished quite a bit over the years… Just like most all fast food, but Arby’s was one of my favorites.

Can’t speak for the food…there was nothing to drink (aside from diet and tea which isn’t anything for me to drink), which was unknown until after placing my order. When I asked about the many drink options that were out I got a rather hot response. I then asked a refund which should be a credit card refund, but was only possible to be a cash refund (this will be fun explaining two lunches on my expense account), and if I never have to deal with this manager again it’ll be too soon. It’s a small miracle any of the employees are willing to put in a full shift with her.

The worst Arby’s! How can you mess up a roast beef ! Today at noon we ordered 3 roast beef , we were passing through and I got them to go . The bread on all three was too dry the buns were all like burned almost in the oven too long ! It was a long drive and all we wanted was Arby’s what a disappointment!

If I could give no stars I would. Always out of everything. I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location and they weren’t out of something. My last experience, I ordered a French dip and received a fish sandwich but didn’t realize until I was already home. This time, I ordered a French dip and was told they’re out of that kind of bread (of course) but they had wheat. I said that was fine but when I opened it my French Dip was on some Nature’s Own wheat bread and my $3 small fry was soggy and cold. This particular location is the by far the worst fast food place in town. I’d add the pic of my pitiful $12 meal if it’d allow me.
