Today I went to order the 2 for $7 beef & cheddar sandwiches. I asked for them to both have no red sauce. The employee told me that with the 2 for $7 special you cannot make any modifications, including removing the red sauce. He said if I wanted no red sauce I would have to pay the full price for each sandwich. This has never been the case before. We have been dining at this location for almost 4 years & have always been able to make modifications. The total would have been $10 for the 2 sandwiches vs $7 for the special price. I called the location in the next town over & asked if this was also their policy & they said no such policy exists. They suggested we contact corporate & let them know what this location is trying to do. I will not be returning to the Azle location if they want to charge $3 extra to leave off an ingredient.

Disappointed in myself and the service. Ordered dbl meat roast beef, chicken sandwich & curly fries. Got home (30 mins away) to discover I was given two regular roast beef sandwiches with cheese and regular fries. Be sure to check the contents of your bag before driving off! I paid $17 for $10 worth of food.

This used to be my favorite Arby’s, never a wait, order was always right, no complaints until last two visits. Roast beef n cheddars just tossed in bag( a cheesy mess in wrappers by the time I get home). I order 6 cheddar roast beefs, 3 large fries, and after telling 2 employees in dive thru I need Arby’s sauce to feed an army, I’m told they’ll hook me up. Well they hooked me up with 6 packets. Who in their right mind only uses 6 packets for anything. That doesn’t even cover a small fry, much less 2 half lbs and 4 mediums, and 3 large fries. You’d think for $60 worth of food they would at least give adequate sauce. Anyhow my first and last review of this location, hope it helps.

Had a great experience at the drive through. They went through a change in staff and the new staff are friendly attentive and engaging! Much improved over the staff that’s run the place for the last couple years!

Feel like I’m in the twilight zone? Not sure if there’s no manager on duty right now or what. But they said we couldn’t order anything carbonated. Ok? Got a sweet tea. Not sweet. Zero sugar at all whatsoever. Reuben has like one tiny piece of meat. Fish Sammy had zero tartar sauce on it. There was bbq sauce on my salad? No fork was given, no napkins provided. Idk. Pretty terrible visit. Lol! We just moved to the neighborhood.

Very disappointed this sandwich came out nothing like advertised. When I got home when I picked up the box I said to myself did they forget the sandwich. That’s how light that box was for a 9 dollar sandwich. My beef and cheddar was way more stacked and filling then this brisket sandwich. This right here is robbery. I gave the extra star on this review because nice friendly polite service and because accuracy. Everything I ordered was in the bag.
