I want to this location to try the new Hushpuppie battered fish. They add just opened for the morning and it was only 2 people there. The cashier greeted me and made sure my order was correct and the cook was very attentive and made sure she prepared my food as I wanted. I know when they get busy they can’t always be great like this but it was very refreshing to find a location and have the experience. I will always go to this location from now on and I recommend you do to.

I just don’t understand why the staff can never get an order right. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals and one with tomatoes and lettuce and strawberry lemonade and the drink were the only thing that was right. Same sandwiches on two different buns, cheddar cheese was missing and she even asked if I wanted chopped lettuce. Why ask if you weren’t going to add the tomato or the lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt they can never get orders right. When you call the number they have listed they apparently have the phone off the hook so they don’t have to hear all the complaints. I have requested a refund and if it doesn’t show up on my card I will dispute the charges.

Good was ok. They said something had shredded lettuce but put leaf lettuce instead. The floor was so wet that you had to watch where you walk. No wet floor signs. The worst part was the music. I’ve never heard such nasty, obscene music in a restaurant in my life. Will never go back

Orders the new Waygu burgers and got all of the way home to. Price they didn’t even add pickles to the burgers. That’s after waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes without any response.

We visited the Little Elm drive thru around 9pm. None of the employees spoke English, they had to call a manager and put them on speaker phone so we could place our order. Not a great experience from the customer experience.

I was trying to get a coupon deal from the website. Regular worker didn’t know how to process it. The shift manager comes and says “Let me see it,” referencing the QR code on my phone. He then turns to tell the other worker, we don’t participate in those.

The staff are horrible and rude. If I was the franchise owner I’d fire them all. Everyone behind the counter is wearing airpods. The cash registers are broken and have been for months so you shout your order across the kitchen. It’s a mess.

Good food, nice staff but they need more help there. Only two girls working with a full drive through. They got the food out as quick as the could under the circumstance. All things considered it was a good experience.

Avoid this place at all costs. First their dining room isn’t open and there’s no sign that tells you that’s the case. There were only like workers during my visit and he was ready to charge me full price because I didn’t say I wanted the 2 for $7 special. I’m appalled by the fact that I have to literally tell them I want a cheaper price.

Store always closes randomly. Showed up at 4pm on a Friday, closed. Order online, show up to pick up my order, dining room closed at 5pm on a Saturday. Wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes instead.
