Ordered 3 French dips and a $2.00 (sale) jamocha shake. Paid through the app. I arrived at the window and was informed the shake machine was down. I was offered a drink instead. I already had a drink and declined. I offered instead could we exchange the shake for the $2.00 (sale) cheese sticks that were the same price. They were unable to do so. They said instead they could offer me a cookie. I declined. I asked for a refund on the shake instead. They declined. They told me I would have to request the refund through the app instead; I advised I don’t have that option in the app. They still refused the refund and sent me away. I understand $2.00 may not be much for some people, but for others it is. More importantly though it’s the principle of it.

I had the bacon chedder roast beef. The sandwich had a generous amount of meat on it. The bacon was some of the thinnest I’ve ever seen. But surprisingly I could take the flavor along with the beef and chedder.

It was a pretty good visit, nothing really wrong. Positive – very fast in the window, I got the right order, they asked for sauce preference. Not really negative, but not great – took a long time to take my order at the speaker (DT). Also the customer service as far as friendliness was lacking. Pretty sure that wasn’t a smile and not a lot of happiness exuding from the place. Overall, nice 4 star experience for a Arby’s.

I tried to dine in before work. And the doors were locked at 3:35 in the afternoon. No sign on the door, but they were taking drive through orders. I have been to this location previously and was able to dine in. I would have gone through the drive through, but decided not to give them my business at all and went to a different place to eat.

I had a great experience at this Arbys Not only was it incredibly fast but the store was super clean and the staff was extremely nice. I’m not crazy about some of their stuff like I think the milkshakes could be better but that’s not the fault of anyone at this location and I bet some people really love him

Service was quick and efficient. I tried the Beer Braised Beef sandwich, which is only offered seasonally at the present time. The sandwich was very large and had a chewy pretzel based bun on it. The curly fries were crispy and well seasoned. It was great paired with an ice cold Coke!

Had an Arby’s Beef and Cheder meal. Problem was the Cheder was almost not there due to the fact they didn’t put much on and it soaked into the bun leaving no cheese on sandwich. Staff was polite enough to bring me some cheese in a small container. Fries was jot and drink I fixed myself. Expected more from the establishment.

Doors locked but no closed sign 930pm Sunday, saw long drive thru line so parked to go in ..doors locked no closed sign please put up sign and put chairs on tables or something, now drive line alot longer and moving SLOW

Drive thru people need to wait for the customer to finish talking before they interrupt bc if you would let the customer finish you might find out what they want without you having to say so much.
