This location does better than a lot of fast food places around here. They’re not perfect and sometimes the food isn’t perfectly fresh but honestly it happens everywhere. Most of the time we go, the foods good, the service is good, and they get our order right. You’d think that’s the bare minimum but these days that puts them up towards the top.

Only come to this Arbys if you really have the extra time to wait, the drive through takes and extremely long time. Making the food doesn’t take long but they make you wait for an extended period of time at the speaker before they take your order. My order is consistently made wrong or just missing items almost every time I come through. Customer service from all employees here is extremely poor and they tell you that they can’t do anything for you when they make your order wrong. Going to this Arby’s would be very convenient being so close to my house but the long wait times and bad customer service is just not worth it.

Couldn’t even understand to give me a large drink or large fry. My “burger” is lettuce and sauce with about a $1 menu burger in the center of the bun. But hey, at least we got napkins and straws right?

Ordered 5 sandwiches 3 sides got 3 sandwiches and 1 side and 1 of the sandwiches was roast beef ,supposed to be turkey ,why I have been going there sparingly even though I love it it’s wrong about every 3rd time,always use the drive through so I’m acrross town before realize

Tired of Zach’s poor attitude. I was more understanding the first time, but I come here with my dad and don’t see him super often so we like to enjoy our meals. The guy at the register, Zach it says on his name tag, has been rude to us twice. The food is good but our orders get messed up often as well.

20 minutes waiting on food, ..it sat on the counter 10 min they ask my name when I placed the order but never called it when it was done so you may want to wait at the counter for your food if you go there, the last visit about a week ago I ordered a roast beef an cheddar, we were home before we realized that they had almost forgot the cheddar considering there was very lil on it. Personally I work to hard for my money an eating out is usually a treat, days like this make me wish I would have saved it an ate at home
