Came in at lunch time ordered a number 13 with regular crinkle cut fries.. took 20+ minutes to get my food, other customers who ordered before me where still waiting on food some almost 30 mins in the lobby! Ice machine had no ice, poured DP and it was flat, dumped DP and poured coke and it was flat! The workers here seem lost there is no communication and the cooks don’t even know what’s been made or what’s needed and they’re the ones making the food.. awful service!

My Family loves Arby’s, but this location is not a customer service approved. Rude and unprofessional manager. An employee got my deaf daughter’s order wrong didn’t gave her a receipt. Manager kept asking for a receipt! Showed her bank statement charged. Manager didn’t even apologize. I Hate when workers are not happy with there jobs! faces looks they don’t wanna be there why not quit and have qualified customer service people work, coz having a job is a blessing so be happy and do your job accommodating people.

I’ve had horrible experiences at this location this is my second unsatisfactory experience that is worth reaching out to someone about. First off the Google page indicated that this location was open for dining and drive thru. This was not true the locations lobby was closed… for what reason I’m unsure of no reason was given. It took nearly 30 minutes to recieve my order, definitely not fast food standard. But also why when I finally approach the window I see an associate walk around and grab a my order that is next to a cleaning caddy. In this caddy you can visibly see chemicals sitting on a counter next to food being served to customers. Additionally they shorted me two sandwiches…. avoid this location if possible the Sheridan location seems to have their game together.

We were told to pull forward and waited almost 15 minutes without being told there would be an extended wait when we ordered. When they brought us the food I told them to let people know when there’s an extended wait (not going to lie, was a little rude about it). When we pulled away the employee yelled the c word at us. Will not go back there again.

We hadn’t been to Arby’s in a long time. We always enjoyed the clean establishment and friendly professional service. Where did that Arby’s go? My first thought what the heck happened here? The place was filthy. Floors, windows, doors, tables and chairs, soda machines, and the bathrooms were all filthy. We were there on a Sunday and the store wasn’t busy when we arrived, sans the drive-thru which had four or five cars from the pick-up window back to the menu board.

I LOVE Arby’s, but this specific location is really hit or miss. It normally takes a while to get my food, and I almost always have to pull past the drive-thru window to wait for it. I’ll always recommend Arby’s as a whole, but this location isn’t the best.

What’s going on?? I stopped for lunch and the dine in area is closed. I tried to call and nobody answered the phone. I can’t go through the drive thru because of a trailer on my truck. No sign on the door letting us know what the deal is. I watched someone else walk up and have the same reaction I did. So what’s going on with you Arby’s?
