Really wonderful Arby’s! The staff were very kind. The manager is very capable. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The food was really good and hot. The manager also recommended the bronco sauce, which we had never heard of before, and we really liked it! This is a great Arby’s. Definitely recommend!

I walked up to the counter and immediately detected an odor like an overflowing sewer. It was appetite distraction. The young man at the counter promptly greeted us and took our orders. Maybe it’s just me and I know there are employee and supply issues, but the presentation and taste of the sandwich wasn’t what I remember pre-covid.

Ordered lunch at 11:20 and there were no other cars coming thru drivethru or in restaurant. I thought it to be strange.After waiting 15 minutes for our food,I now know why.The food was not even close to being eatable.Not like any Arbys I have ever had b4.Honestly it was the worst food I have ever gotten anywhere! I took it back inside and the workers just ignored me when I told them it was not eat able. I threw it in the trash can and walked out! Stay away from Arbys on south western in okc.Not even close to getting 1 star! Should be shut down!

Manager picked up food off the floor and didn’t wash his hands,and a customer returned some curly fries back to the counter because he had regular fries and the manager dumped them back into with the rest of the fries instead of putting them in the trash and reserved them.
