I had gone to this location fairly recently. The staff was absolutely amazing . I had placed my order through the drive through, and they had pulled me around for my shake and they were also waiting on fries. When the gentleman came out to give my my items and my fries, he had also explained the shake I had ordered was down. He had offered different flavors, and I ended up getting one I really liked . He got it all ready and came out not too much longer with a Large shake. I felt really bad cause I had originally ordered a smaller size. He had said not to worry about it and it was because of the wait .

Rated low because of the not so good steak sandwich. couldn’t taste the steak cuz of all the sauce on the top and bottom of the meat AND only 2 small pieces of onion. 1st time dissatified with this Arby’s. I will return but not for the signature steak. I do recommend.

I ordered via the app and when I got there to pick it up they had not received the order. They asked me to cancel it and reorder but there is no way to cancel the order. They were very courteous and made the order as I had the receipt on my phone. Service was great and I will definitely be back.

Ordered turkey bacon ranch wrap combo in drive thur. Got the wrong wrap went back just to get my money back. The guy that helped me told manager that I wanted money back. Manager never came and guy tried to give money back but after trying he asked if they could just make me a new wrap. Because he didn’t know how to return money. I said if I can’t get my money back I guess I don’t have a choice. He yelled at manager to make my wrap. Got it went home and it was still wrong. Had honey mustard instead of ranch. And very flat wrap with to thick cut of meat. As I was standing there I could see under the fryers and there is alot of old food under them. It wasn’t that clean. Arbys have went way down hill. Probably won’t return. ☹

Restaurant was dirty but the employees were just chatting or on their phones. I had to look around to find a table that didn’t have food/trash on it or underneath it.

Every time we go to this Arby’s we order the beef and cheddar. And they rarely remember the cheddar. This time I ordered a classic, double and half pound beef and cheddar, none had cheddar, again. I went back up with my receipt and all they said was they could only give us three classics, since we had already gotten the other sandwiches. Never dining here again. I didn’t get what I paid for.
