Went thru the drive thru. Food was NOT FRESH. Specifically the crinkle cut fries. All the manager had to say about it was I’m sorry you feel that way. It’s not how I feel, it’s the fact the fries we’re so hard they chipped a tooth!! How is someone supposed to feel about that? She did NOT give me her name. And then proceeded to offer me a replacement the next time I came back. There WON’T BE A NEXT TIME!!!

I had the 4 for $10 Classic Roast Beef meal with curly fries and a drink. The food was absolutely amazing, and I would like to say thank you to Brandon. He was very helpful and he should get a reward for how helpful he was. One thing, though, the bathroom was not very clean (not disgusting, but it could have been cleaner). Overall, I had a great experience!

Another high pressure day combined with a significant shortage of time – I hurriedly darted into the lobby and up to the counter of the local Arby’s restaurant. Disturbingly – it took approximately 5 minutes for an associate to finally approach the register; in the interim – the couple waiting behind me spun on their heels and left. The food was tasty – although the additional time lost resulted in me eating while en route – something I’m not a fan of.

Just went thru drive thru, never seen the girl working the window before! She does not sound pleasant on the intercom!! Ordered the chicken pecan salad sandwich, which I love, in a meal. Asked for crinkle cut fries instead of curly fries, got curly fries anyways! This is not the first time this has happened to me, it has happened several times!! I’ve complained before about their service before, and told I would receive a complimentary meal voucher in the mail, never got it!! This franchise obviously doesn’t take care of business the right way! They always park their cars as well, which is a violation of the corporate drive thru policies!!

Been here a few times and so far it’s been good! Friendly service. The speaker box is oddly placed and I bet you’ll accidentally pull up too far, but this ranch wrap SLAPS. LOOK AT THE LITTLE JALAPEÑO PIECES. Wish the wrap and bacon weren’t so chewy but they weren’t on the worst side of that. I’ve had a lot worse. Good stuff! Quick service. Cool.

It was a little slow in the drive thru but come to find out there was 2 employees and one manager she did great given the situation. So yes slow but food was right and good

Arby’s if you’re reading this, know that I love you guys.. but, if you’re gonna claim to have “the meats” bring your ham back. There’s no longer a supply chain issue, i can get ham anywhere but your place. You had the best ham melt and the best cordon bleu anywhere around.. but that whole “we have the meats” thing is wearing a bit thin now.

I had a problem with the cashier here I gave her a 20 and she only gave me $5 even though the change was so supposed to be $7 and some change. I went inside to ask if that could be fixed and the shift manager Brandon resolved the issue in such a professional manner.
