Absolute worst customer service ever from a business!! Was charged $49 for three value meals and refused a refund!!!!!. I asked the teen girl at the window how it came to $49 for three sandwich value meals and could I see the receipt and she said there was a mistake but we fixed it and it’s $41 now. I paid and then asked for the receipt and when I questioned the pricing on the receipt that had obvious errors with items added and subtracted, the female calling herself the missing teeth manager was the rudest, trashiest person i have ever dealt with. She told me to read the menu better when I order and that teenagers make mistakes. When I pointed out on all three items with the possible errors she said I should read the menu board and pay attention when ordering. One item I had ordered was a chicken tender meal with an Dr Pepper and I was charged for 5 tenders, a medium fry, and a medium drink all separately for almost $13. I also ordered a smoked brisket meal and asked if I could substitute the soda for a shake and the drive through order taker said “yes”. Well apparently the meal was charged at $13.19 and then another $4.19 for the shake. When I asked how come the order taker didn’t mention the extra charges She again banged on the menu board and said see here our prices are right here……exactly where a chicken tender meal is showing at $10.99. When I told the manager to forget it I would take my business elsewhere she refused to give me a refund!!!! I asked for the owners name and number and was told to find it myself because they aren’t a franchise. I again asked for owners name and number and she told me to call corporate and gripe. I certainly hope those poor teens working there are treated better than the customers and absolutely trained better and by the other reviews I’m reading this seems to be the norm at the Newcastle Arbys. Have some pride in the service you provide to this small town!! Never again getting my business!

Went here at 9:40, had my baby unloaded after we drove 12 hours today. Just wanted to sit down inside, eat and use the bathroom. Lobby hour states 10pm. SO we go through drive through with other people pissed because the lobby was closed. We ask Charlene the Assistant manager why the lobby is closed. She states she mopped it and didn’t want anyone to come in after she mopped it. So now we sit outside with a bird poop table with our baby. Real nice.

Employees are nasty. They were confronted on scratching themselves in the groin area and then touching my food. Then they just wanted to laugh and make jokes about it. Luckily from everyone else’s comments we did get our refund.

The new wagyu burger is deep fried. Yes you read that correctly, fried in a fryer. Like fries or onion rings. The burger was a bloody mess(literally). They said it was slightly pink and medium well. It certainly was not. I order my burgers and steaks medium to medium well everywhere I go. This was not it.

Service here is lacking. I had a hard time understanding the person taking my order since she spoke softly and wouldn’t look at you. They didn’t seem to be very organized or they were understaffed since it took a long time to get an order for three people prepared. The order wasn’t correct when they gave it to me being short two orders of curly fries.
