The staff at this location provide good customer service. They are attentive to the lobby keeping it clean. The food, my wife and I got double meat roast beef sandwiches. All I have to say about the serving is WOW! The sandwiches were delicious ! The buns were fresh. If you are in the mood for a good roast beef sandwich, I highly recommend this location. As the saying g goes for Arby’s, “We have the meats!” The picture of my sandwich below attests to this statement.

Staff was nice, but the wait time was insane. They literally were only taking and completing orders ONE AT A TIME. Like you pull up they take your order and then you pull up to the window, the car behind you will sit at the order board until you have paid gotten your food and drove off and THEN they serve the next person in the drive thru!! It was crazy. Food was okay once we got it. Maybe short staffed??

Food is consistent with Arby’s chain. Unfortunately, this is the second time in a couple months the drive through order was short multiple items. The last one missed enough I drove 25min round-trip to correct it. Honest mistake, but made multiple times.

I have been to this location 3 times in the last month and all 3 times at the drive-thru they make you wait until the previous vehicle has paid, received their food and have driven away before they will take your order so it takes at least 10-15 minutes every time. The point in having an intercom at your drive-thru is to prepare the next customers order.

Won’t be back. Been twice in the last two weeks to wait 15 minutes getting to the intercom for them to say they “just ran out of roast beef” manager should see they are getting low on meat, and put more on. That’s basically all you serve. Also how about using your drive thru for its purpose and take more than one order at a time.

The Choctaw location has one of the hardest working crews I’ve ever met. They are in such great spirits as well. It’s 7/18 at 6:55pm. This specific crew went WAY above and beyond for all the drive through customers… including running back and forth 4 times for one lady who was being particular. Bravo!
