My beef’n cheddar barely had any cheddar, and the fries were so salty we couldn’t finish. Will say the dining room was clean, but will be a while before I’ll be back.

I don’t get fast food very often, but when I do, I go to Arby’s. I went today, & when I was asked if I wanted small, medium, or large, I said medium… I got small instead. No big deal, I had plenty of food… & I work in a restaurant too, so I know mistakes happen (especially with new staff). But if you’re not careful, you will end up with a real “Karen” who’s gonna raise holy he** over such a mistake… just warning you.

Ordered 2 of the new chicken nuggets and 2 crinkle fries. Was told there’d be a 6 min wait on the chicken, I said ok. Paid, pulled forward and waited. When he brought the bag out he said “be careful the fries are hot”. Well, only one was hot. The other was disgustingly old and greasy. The chicken nuggets where possibly old, I’m not sure. They were hot but tough, dry and small with barely any meat. Just completely gross.

Fantastic beef & cheddar (2 med). I have never liked curly fries before, can’t get enough of these, they are delicious ❣️. Only con is the shake machine is broken & they are waiting for a new one to arrive Can’t blame the restaurant for that though ☺️. Friendly prompt service

I was actually impressed with the limited time offer for the beer cheddar and double beef sandwich!! It not only filled my belly, but it had me wanting more; even though I was stuffed!! I came in wanting the garlic butter steak, but I was persuaded in a different direction and I’m glad I made the change.
