They sent out coupons in the mail. I tried to buy the $15 Family Meal, which was ringing up as $17.60 before tax. I was told I might have to just pay it and other excuses. A nice lady, I assume the manager, applied a discount to get the total down properly. I was pretty embarrassed during this whole situation, even though it wasn’t my fault.

First rate service! Came up for a soccer tournament and were exhausted! Staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and repeatedly congratulated my daughter for winning the tourney and took great care of us. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a restaraunt! Thank you!

Loved the feel inside the store. Food was pretty good! Made you feel like you were in a Chicago or Brooklyn sub shop. Seemed like a new crew in there, but the manager was very patient with them and sorted the mix up out. Overall was a good, not great, but good experience.

Very poor service, they had both doors locked around 3pm and sat in drive thru for 5 minutes waiting with no one on the comms. Will never go here again until they decide to hire employees who actually want to work!!!!

We had to wait 10 minutes for our fries. When they arrived they were burnt and tasted like old grease. I ordered steakhouse garlic ribeye meal. Meat was tough and full of gristle. Wife and son ordered smokehouse brisket meals. Both sandwiches were tough and dry. All sandwiches seemed like they were microwaved way too long.
