Was driving through the area to find something quick and filling to eat at 9:52 pm Sunday. I ordered my meal like normal and had to wait 5 minutes for it. I finally got it and I left, as I was eating on the road I noticed the sandwich isn’t fully cooked at all.

Update: It is not wise for the MOD to leave a staff member to handle the drive-thru and not know how to ring a special order for the 2 for $7. I was overcharged for my food. This location has gone down. Please retrain your staff on the register.

Arby’s in Marion Arkansas is horrible! We started to place our order only to find out they were out of ice and sweet tea! I ordered a simple order. Two roast beef sandwiches. Got back on the road and found two beef and cheddars instead! We were NOT happy!

Only giving one star because I cannot give zero and leave a review. 45 minutes before closing they have a line out the parking lot and lock the doors; refuse to answer the drive thru window. When I knocked on the window dude said he wasn’t on the clock so he didn’t know what to tell me about why they wasn’t taking order. Which was AFTER arguing over the closing time that is posted on the door, he kept saying they’re closed so I pointed to the times of operation posted on the window and he looked completely dumbfounded. He did offer the manager but said she told him since they’re short staffed she decided to close early and my boyfriend hates me being a Karen when it will do absolutely no good.

If I could give a 0 I would. Forgot my fries. Went to grab my sandwich out of them bag and it was just thrown in the bag not wrapped right so the sandwich completely fell apart and fell everywhere. Spoke to a lady at the front desk as she was completely rude about it. Do not recommend anyone to waste their money here!
