The chicken salad sandwich is off the summer menu for 2023. We pick up sandwiches here and often. They often have the Jamoca machine running which one reason we come back. They also the lite lemonade. If you like Arby’s this is one of the better ones. The people are always very nice.

The food was quick to come out and hot. The cashier was super nice and the quality of food was on par with an Arby’s

Meh, the food is predictable and you know what you are going to get. But several times I have ordered custom food it is hot and good, but ordering standard items like roast beef sandwich or something they must have then already made and are Luke warn at best.

We love Arby’s, but this one is not good at all. We sat in line for a very long time, and when we got up to the window there was only one worker in there, my dad’s roast beef sandwich had nothing but roast beef, and was not warm at all. The worker was not nice at all, and when we got to the window, he didn’t say one word to us.

We had a little mixup at the drive through. Issue was handled with speed and professionalism by Patrick. I will be back.

I like Arby’s food. I particularly like the crinkle cut fries. That is often the deciding factor for where I buy fast food. Tonight’s experience was almost unbelievable. It was a simple order: classic beef-n-cheddar, classic roast beef, and a med crinkle cut fry. Both sandwiches were smashed and scantily served with meat. The roast beef came on a bun that had been pulled off of a previously made sandwich. I know that because the top was torn in two. When I removed it to add the condiments, I saw that cheese spread had been scraped off of it, with some remaining. But worse was that the fries were clearly the small leftover pieces which were cold and chewy. It is bad enough to pay $13 for 2 small sandwiches and a fry. But to receive this poor quality is unacceptable. I live near this store. But from now on, I will drive to another location where I can count on quality.

Slackin! I love arbys but the time it took today is pathetic. I sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there. Fast food service (in general) is rapidly going downhill. Your loosing money Arby’s. People can’t risk getting back to work late from a half hour lunch break all because it took too long at the drive through. See my picture? Get used to that view, because that’s what you’ll be staring at for quite a while if your experience is like mine. Oh and I might add that I had more than enough time to write this review while waiting in line. Step it up Arby’s

Spent $51 for cold roast beef, old cold turnovers that had been sitting for who knows how long and a smokehouse brisket sandwich that was horrible. No self serve tea by the soda fountain, no sauce available out front and the ketchup packets that they gave us over the counter were nasty, leaking and stuck together. The guy at the front seemed half asleep, kinda dirty, and none of the employees seemed to care about anything. Don’t waste your time.

The service was amazing and they gave me a sample of the chicken salad because I wanted to try it before I bought it. It was great!
