The order taker was very nice and said they could make the turkey bacon ranch as a wrap! It tasted delicious and my husband enjoyed his bacon ranch burger as well! And we BOTH liked the curly fries!

First time I showed up to eat they were closing early at 1pm and didn’t give a reason. Second time I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a half pound beef and cheddar. When I got home and looked at my order. I found it to be just a half pound of roast beef in between two dry buns. No cheese anywhere to be found. Not even any Arby’s sauce. SMH. The best part was the curly fries.

We placed our order. Waited over 20 minutes. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Burger undercooked and cheese looked like it was pulled from under something. After waiting 20 minutes told they would have to cook fresh fries. First time and last time eating there.

DO NOT order a Reubin!!! First one cold!! Second one SMALL serving of meat, no saurkraut and a BLOB of cheese!! Service on ordering excellent. Remaining service apathetic, nonverbal!! Rude!! Disappointed our Arby’s in Pineville great. Service an food quality great.

I had started to come here frequently . I would first off like to say it was very disrespectful and rude for the two white managers with glasses standing outside talking about the employees. I had been in my truck for awhile with the windows down listening. As a business owner it is very unprofessional to down your employees especially where customers can hear, now I see why this restaurant has gone down. The manager with the glasses and curly hair always drops my fish hot(she wasn’t there today), my sandwiches were disgusting tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. I don’t get a greeting or smile.

Tried the fish sandwich after seeing it get high reviews when compared to other fish sandwiches. I found the crust to be unnecessairly thick and I found the taste to be very fishy. By comparison, the McDonald’s fish sandwich has a much better and milder taste.

Went to eat after school with my wife and son. The lady I’m assuming is the manager (she has glasses) was super nice and helped my wife out, but the lady in the drive through was just nasty. I watched a guy come in from a messed up order and all she wanted to do was argue with him and talk back. Watched her make fries up so slow like she was a lazy bum. If anyone knows anything about Natchitoches it’s small and everyone talks. If this place lasts with the current attitudes I’d be surprised, same as Whataburger, bad attitudes and lazy and no one wanted to eat there. If Arby’s doesn’t change it will shut down.
