Tried Arby’s after many years. It was a nice switch from burgers. I had the Kings Hawaiian sweet heat beef n brisket sandwich. It has plenty of meat and a sweet roll bun. The fried onion rings inside were a nice touch. Really enjoyed it. I also had the orange dream shake that was pretty good as well.

The curly fries are cooked to perfection! I love the selection now at Arby’s; burgers, chicken sandwich, sliced meats, they do it all AND fries and pies and shakes! This is a prime location, and it does get busy at lunchtime. A word of advice; enter through 28 East, go inside, and exit through the side street at the red light. They are fast and efficient and friendly as all get out. Stop on in, and don’t forget the Horsey sauce.

The staff barely says anything when you walk into the place and is not very friendly. The food didn’t have a good flavor, and the curly fries were cooked in old grease. Every drink in the fountain machine was flat and tasted terrible.

The restaurant was very clean and neat. Friendly employees that acknowledge you as soon as you enter. Great food

Three of the serve yourself drinks were out of syrup and dispensing carbonated water. Food was alright for fast food. Service was a testament as to why some jobs should NOT pay a living wage.

Friendly staff. Very clean restaurant and my order was on point. We ordered for pick up through Uber, which is a great way to gauge a fast food restaurant’s integrity. Everything was exceptionally good and it was ready when we arrived. I don’t know what they put in their shakes, but this was the first time I ordered one and I couldn’t put it down.

Staff and management has been doing a really great job lately and I’m eating here 3 times a week. The sliders at happy hour are AMAZING. The fries have been so good, just crisp enough and not greasy. Dominique is an amazing employee from order taking to drive thru to preparing the food. We need more like her in the world.

I went to arbys. I usually love the food but this time was unacceptable. I got a burger and it was not done. The fries were old. Asked for the extra sauce on the burger and did get it.

Food is good but service is always slow. Drive thru has issues.

Arby’s is the first job I had which started in High School. Lasting approx. 3yrs and from employee in Pineville to Assist. Mgr. in Alexandria, it was an awesome 1st job experience.
