Passing thru from out of town. Family wanted to stop for the $5 fish combo, was told the limit is 2 – first inconvenience. After leaving the restaurant, we realized we were missing items and called to ask how to proceed. Was told they could give the item if we come back, give a refund, or whatever we’d like. I was already back on the highway and ready to circle back and receive the items as well as a refund. Manager – Crystal stated they would only do one which is give us the items missing or receive a refund. I didn’t believe this was fair as we wasted gas to come back either way. Horrible customer service on the managers part given the only thing missing was fries. It is noted to not stop at Arby’s while road-tripping. Will be escalating issue as this is unsettling.

Absolutely disillusioned with this place. You folk can’t even get an order right after two tries. Understand this: a Beef and Cheddar sandwich comes with CHEESE on it. It isn’t a REGULAR. ROAST. BEEF. Either hire folk that can understand people or get a better GD P/A system. No, I will not be back.
