Ordered double roast beef sandwich. Took about 15 minutes to get our food. Roast beef was sliced really thick and was barely warm. I tried to eat it, but it couldn’t. I threw it away. Don’t waste your time stopping here. The staff is barely competent, and the food isn’t edible.

Always only have 1 or MAYBE 2 ppl working so they are VERY VERY slow. The food doesn’t even taste like Arby’s usually tastes. The crispy chicken on the cordon Bleu tastes like burnt fryer oil. And the dark brown color (instead of golden brown) matches the way it taste. The lady that’s usually always there, has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen from someone whos job depends on how well ur ppl skills are. I mean my goodness, I almost told her that If she dislikes her job that much then maybe she should find one she won’t hate as much. But I didn’t because u never know what someone is going thru. She may have just found out her husband was cheating or could’ve come to work straight from a funeral service for someone very close to her but she has to work bc she’s a single mom on the streets with her 12 kids. Idk I’m just sayin. So long story short, I didn’t say what I initially wanted to say, instead, I told her God’s got something much much better in store for our future and all she gotta do is hang in there, let go and let God! Amen!

Food was good but very dissapointed that Arby’s charged Offices in uniform for their food. I managed a Taco Bell and PepisCo. NEVER charged Peace Officers, so my friend and I paid for 2 Officers lunch. Shame on Arby’s.

Stood waiting for someone to notice me, then the cashier started talking to a friend instead of taking my order. Then I realize they’re training a new cook and over hear one lady tell him that they failed their last inspection and would be shut down if it happens again. Get out and down the road to find out they forgot my aujus.
