Had the Kings Hawaiian Sweet Heat Beef N Brisket. Very good! Was assembled neatly as well – don’t always get that in fast food. Service was fine, staff seemed pretty friendly with some regulars. It was also pretty clean. Empty tables were not dirty, and the staff was pretty quick to come out and check the floors, tables, etc. Would stop again when I’m in the mood for their food.

I have had two disappointing experiences here. Ordered a Gyro after having an excellent gyro at a Loves truck stop location in Alabama several months ago. Today I ordered an American classic beef sandwich from the Arby’s colocated at the Hammond Pilot location. Both times I was very let down when comparing the same items from other locations and after having very well prepared items at other locations. Both times they seem to have been slapped together and not as warm and/or fresh as the other items from two other Arby’s.

Another bad experience at this store. Ordered a half pound roast beef with cheese sauce and mayo. Don’t like the onion bread on the beef and cheddar so it has been ordered this way for 30+ years! Yet this time I was charged nearly $1 for the cheese. Talking with a manager helped none. On my way home, I opened my bag, grabbed my sandwich….NO CHEESE AND I PAID FOR IT! I am done with this store. Wish I could give a zero!

Just passing through. Bob is an excellent manager. Staff super nice staff. Very relaxed and generous in portions… These guys make you smile. It’s Arby’s at a truck stop, and it works well.. stop by.

The girl at the counter instead of handing me the receipt she threw it on the floor next to me I said why you did that and she came around picked it up and started cursing me. I asked for the manager and she came out smiling like if my complaint was a joke her name was Jessica. The cook came out and told me to go back to sleep. Disgrace people
