There was no one in the drive through line and no one in the dinning area, but had to wait for a bit before my order was taken. They didn’t have two out of my three items I came for. They then took a while to even get the food out to me. My drink was all ice and hardly any actual coke. I do not recommend this place at all.

Awful customer service. The cashier treats people with a genaral attitude of disdain. My first time as a patron and my last time. Apparently the young lady who took my order, carelessly, threw something away for another member. As she frantically looked for it, another staff member asked her what I was waiting for. She replied, “He’s waiting on fries, but I’m not worried about him now.” Unbelievable. The atmosphere there is one generally with a feel of summer camp attitude. Kids just there who aren’t interested in working and totally aggravated that customer’s have the audacity to patronize their camp disturbing their fun. Management needs to vet their employees better or I guarantee you’re gonna lose business.

Update: Decided to give them another chance so we could try the new ribeye sandwich. Bad idea! I got in line at 11:24 am, 11:28 am hold one minute, 11:37 am took order-No tea..working by herself, 11:39 am drive around, 11:42 am paid, 11:44 am another employee showed up with no urgency, 11:49 am received food. Get home.. no cheese on one sandwich, cheddar not Swiss on the other, no onion rings on either. They do not taste very good. I felt sorry for her, but if you only have one employee working, why open up. Picture of the one with cheese.

Update – the charge is posted on my credit card, despite having filed a complaint at the time of the incident. My review is no longer showing up, and I have not been contacted by Arby’s. If this charge is not removed from my credit card I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Due to shortage of staff, only the drive thru is open. But it is no surprise that they have a shortage of staff as the staff that aee working there seem horrendous to work for as they are completely rude to customers and don’t know what customer service is. The food is terrible and the current staff is just as bad. DONT GO HERE if you want a quality meal, fast service or to be treated like a human being, because non of that will happen here. I would give them no stars if I could.

I ordered the Bourbon bbq. The menu looks fantastic, but this is what you get. 2 slices of fatty meat, and 2 half pieces of bacon. I was a bit disappointed. Also the Jamoca shake was not what right. It tasted like chocolate. The one in Houma is soooooo much better. Booo westbank Arby.

Food was awesome and the staff was great. Very friendly service and clean dining area. When we came in to eat the music was fantastic but someone ended up turning it down so low we couldn’t hear it. Turn that music up ! Will definitely be back soon.
