We were at the drive thru window and asked to pull forward. We sat there for 15 minutes. I walked in to ask about it, I was asked where we parked? And then one e.ployee even made a comment about why would you park there. I was upset and told them most people who go to the drive thru dont know where to park to wait.

I ordered the chicken salad and got about a table spoon of food,when I was done had one and a half slices of clean bread to throw away,I called and was offered to drive all the way back to get a different one,as I had gotten a ride there and my ride was gone that wasn’t an option, for what they cost this was disgusting

This is my favorite Arby’s, I’ve been going to it regularly since 2012 and the staff has always been great, the food is the most consistent out of all of the Arby’s in Lincoln and the restaurant is the cleanest. I’ve eaten here thousands of times and I’ve never had any major issues, only minor that were quickly resolved. Love this place and will continue to be a patron.
