Sometimes you have to write a review when things don’t go as planned. Apparently I have good taste as the sandwich I ordered online was sold out. Rather than subjecting me to the hassle of canceling my order the manager made me an offer for a similar sandwich based on what another sandwich I ordered and offered me an apple crisp to more than make up for the difference in price.

Probably the worst arbys I have ever been to—extremely overpriced and very low-quality food. Took forever to go through drive thru and then they compleaty messed up our order and still had to go inside to get our correct order. Almost an hour for a drive food order. Will never go back.

Excellent food, of course. We got there about noon on a Sunday and the crew seemed overwhelmed. Don’t know if they were short handed or had new members working. They did a good job under difficult conditions. Management needs to give them an “atta boy”.
