OK so I haven’t been to an Arby’s in years but I was so hungry I went to the one by my house and wow…the manager though…I watched him make my food clear out old fries , wash hands and change gloves drop new ones clean the area take someone’s order drop their fish and work drive through. . And he was still pleasant and smiling….he was short staffed but service never suffered….not enough stars on this thing!!!! Great job sir!

(Arby’s is always a good place to eat.) Going to change this review. Went in today,people there but did not take my order. One guy standing at fry station told me someone would take my order. Other guy on his phone, so no one taking orders. I would most definitely say service was bad,but never got any service to even order food. No one was willing enough to try and take a order.

Phone don’t get answered lobby’s closed that’s four days in a row. Y’all’s place of business is a joke. Don’t have a fine in area if you to lazy to feed people that want to eat in it. Register would not work for employee but he tried to get it to work before switching to a different register after quite a few minutes..service was okay but food was lacking..skimpy classic roast beef sandwich and,most of my medium curly fries were tiny almost unchewable pieces..only able to eat maybe 1/2 of the fries..
