Wanted to try the Wagyu burger, big mistake…it was a dry cold patty. Asked for fresh but seemed old and reheated. Curly fries were cool temp. Very disappointed. Should have chosen roast beef sandwich instead. Lesson learned. 2 bad combos $23+. South Rock Rd location

Hardly any other customers. My Ruben was great as always and mom loved it too, but we asked for our 2nd sandwich, for mom (mentioned below) to be cut in half, so she could, likewise share it with me on our day out, but I had to take it back for that after eating the Ruben, no biggie. While ordering she asked for the 4 for 10 to take home, and asked for them to wait to prepare them, but they served them with our meal anyway. Again, oh well but – Not one of three gals there smiled or thanked us or acknowledged my thanking them for their services from entering, each time I went back and when we left. What did we do? Dress nice smile a lot and be friendly, that’s what.

I couldn’t hear the lady taking my order in drive thru. I told her I couldn’t hear her so then she turns on a louder, sarcastic voice! When I got to the window to pay her attitude was as if I had disturbed her day. I had to pull forward and wait, a different lady brought the food out and she was very kind. We ordered the new fish stick combos. They were okay. The fish sandwich is awesome, please offer it all the time!

2-27-23 Another encounter with Arbys staff. They have so much turnover, never know whos working. This time husband ordered my food while Im on phone, marketfresh beef n swiss no onion, no mustard. gets home, i have turkey and mustard. WTH, I called and told them, she says they had to many turkey orders, she got confused, HELLO, READ THE TICKET. went to speak with mgr, little girl maybe 18 IDK, couldn’t get a word in, she kept shutting the window like she didn’t want to hear me. gave me a new sandwich, this time beef but with onion and mustard. I got upset with her, she said thats what the ticket read, well if you’d let me finish instead of closing the window, i could have told you it was wrong. Then she starts yelling back at me so I told her to refund my money, the lady that took my order said it was my husbands fault, and thats the way she rang it in. I told her Im upset because they mess up everytime, the night before ordered ckn sandwich plain, got home, lettuce tomato and mayo. COME ON, so Yes I was mad. Mgr came back to give my money and slammed the window again. CAN WE GET PPL TRAINED IN CUST SVC, I spend at least $10-15 per day/7 days dame near. also, why doesn’t anyone know how to make the arbys marketfresh beef and swiss. I have this problem everytime with this one on rock rd. I work close by so I usually go to Arbys everyday, but Rock Rd, sucks. IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE, GO TO HARRY.. She knew exactly what I was talking about, and said she was happy to help, I gave her a tip.

The ladies were short staffed and still managed to get food out they deserve better pay for showing up and doing their jobs. As a ex fast food worker I know how frustrating it is to have people constantly call in leaving you short staffed. They were awesome and funny as they got their butts handed to them bravo ladies

We had ordered a salad on Uber eats and we were just missing a dressing so I went back through the drive through to grab a packet of dressing, no biggie it happens, and I was feeling like ordering cherry turn overs anyway. Well this girl there was so sweet and the manager was so cool. They surprised us and said sorry for messing up your order the turnover are on us! Just so sweet of them such a nice surprise. Totally wasn’t expecting it and made my night.
