Ordered the loaded fries and instead of the crinkle cut fries as they show on the picture, I received curly fries. The chicken nuggets that goes on it was not whole. They hand shredded it into broken pieces. Very disappointed.

I was excited that the chicken salad sandwich was back. We stopped and got one. Save yourself the disappointment. I’ve never had chicken salad that was so dry I had to drink something to chew it. There was an ENTIRE head of lettuce on it that wasn’t cleaned and tasted of earth. The best thing about this sandwich is the picture on the menu board. I am still trying to work out in my head how the grapes and apples were dry. Do better Arby’s.

Nothing says “let’s eat here” like seeing a staff member wearing a tank top cut low under the arms with her bra straps showing and scratching her bare arm pits with her bare hands then making/bagging your food. We ended up tossing the food out rather than create an issue inside the store. Seriously, you need to not do this. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 star, only because this is usually a fairly decent place to eat other than long wait time to get food even when they’re slow. I have my receipt to prove my order.

I have NEVER SEEN SUCH HORRIBLE FOOD HANDLING! Tall guy in the kitchen took an old piece of fish and put it back in the fryer to reheat it. Did not wash his hands or change his gloves before he went to handle cooked food after dropping frozen fish in the fryer! Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning!

They have the best Gyros in the business. This place is a good inexpensive place to grab a decent amount of food for such a small price. It helps that it’s in the neighborhood of Walmart and within walking distance from my house only 40 minutes away. Whether it’s for a quick bite to eat or a meal with someone special this place will be a very good place to dine in or even take out.

I am a big fan of their smokehouse brisket sandwich. Pair that with nice curly fries if you get a great meal and great price. This particular Arby’s is not very busy most of the time, but the service is good food typical Arby’s. Oh yeah if you need to charge your Tesla car it’s right out in the parking lot.
