Inside the store, so clean and tidy up. I visited lunch time, not crowded and quiet the store. I like the atmosphere. But unfortunately, when we arrived at the store, no one standing line, but no one coming to the counter. Behind the counter, some staffs were talking. They realized us, but they ignored us. In few minutes later, one of staff was coming to the counter. It wasn’t good experience at all. We wanted to use coupon, the manager was so helpful. The food was so delicious. I usually ordered the Reuben sandwiches. I was satisfied with their foods.

Stopped by Arby’s for a quick bite while running errands although we don’t eat out all the time for the times that we do expecting quality shouldn’t be something that is a hit and miss. The lady who took our order was very nice. We ordered two fish sandwiches one with cheese and one without. We got our order pretty fast which was a little surprising for the fish sandwiches but once we started to eat them we figured out why we got our order so fast. Our fish was cold and only a little spot in the middle of my sandwich was warm. It was also dry and the cheese looked like it was kept out of the refrigerator for a while. I wish I could give them zero stars. I wanted to take it back and get our money back but we didn’t feel like bothering. Today was definitely a miss. Pic’s will be included.

Customer service is terrible! The young man taking orders got an attitude when I asked for crinkle cut fries after the order was taken it’s a simple mistake! When my order was handed to me I said Thank you! all I got was a dirty look! I ask for no onions on my gyro There were onions on it! Once again I got an attitude when i I asked him to fixed it please.. I won’t be back!!

Got home unwrapped a mess of a sandwich big chunks of roast beef hard and chewy…went back they had a 12 dollar a hour attitude sticking up for a company that pays bs wages….corporate wants those burnt ends in sandwich who gives af what those overpaid suit dummies want…i pay for the thin sliced perfect texture that is in the pics…he said there are people starving in other countries lol like he cares how much is he donating?….send that bs to the food bank then…needless to say wont be going back spent about 30 bucks a week there.

I don’t know what it is with this location but they always seem to forget to put the full order in the bag at the drive thru. Can the managers please train their associates to go through all of the items on a customers order before sending it out. Us customers have already driven away before we realize that something is missing. The majority of us don’t have the time to drive back to the location and get the items that are missing. Please and thank you.
