This location advertises a closing time of 10:30pm but will stop serving customers as early as 4pm and 6pm. The last three visits around this time have included either a) no cars in the parking lot (with locked doors) during workings hours, b) employees standing in the drive thru window without taking orders, or c) telling customers that there is no meat available and refusing service. Do not waste your time here and consider this location closed.

Arby’s: we ain’t got no meats! For real? How do you run out of cooked roast beef? Couple this with precooked cheese sticks which are just the worst, they’re only good when fresh out of the fryer and just super slow service in general, and high costs, this use to be regular fast food location for us we just avoid now.

I’m done here. Just recently, completely out of all chicken products, next time employee was rude when I wasn’t ready to order the second I pulled up and seemed all too happy when I said “nevermind” and left then next time the system was down & couldn’t take orders. Yeah, no thanks, off my list of places to eat. Waste of time, maybe the food is good, IDK, I never end up with an order.

My daughter and I ordered the 2 for $5 for the beef n cheddar. The sandwiches were made fresh and there was so much meat! We also ordered crinkle fries and they were hot! This Arby’s in OP is really good with great customer service!

I tried waiting in a long drive thru line that extended beyond the order point, but with no movement for approximately 3 minutes, I backed out and went inside, which had no line. Promptly got my order. When I requested long spoons for 2 milk shakes that had whipped creme under plastic domes from a counter worker the mgr grumbled “We don’t have any of those”. Like I was stupid for asking. I tried to tell her that they should have them if they sell tall milkshakes, and that a previous visit had gotten me domes with a small spoon too wide to fit a narrow opening. No response. Today’s spoons were narrow but simply not long enough to dish thru the dome.
