Food was great. Unfortunately, after spending $35 on food I was told it’s against policy to give me a small side container to put our dripping sauce in to make it easier during our drive. We could only have the small flimsy containers that spill in the car. Very sad considering those side containers probably cost less than 20 cents and they had them all around holding things and to catch spills, but they are too expensive to give to a customer to make their experience better.

They in fact DO NOT have the meats. I was coming back into town after my parents made me flee! Anyway, I stopped by here and it was HORRID! My sandwich was cold, uncooked, and not how I like my meats iykyk. Curly fries were on point though.

We went to lunch and spent $32. The food was good but there was an issue. A family came in with their big labradoodle and proceeded to sit down. I went to the kid at the register and told him that the dog was not a service dog. There was nothing on the dog that said it was. He said , ‘oh it’s not?’ I told him the dog shouldn’t be in a restaurant if it’s not a service dog. Nothing was done, so I went back up and got the manager. She was nasty and condescending and said by law she can’t ask. I told her that was not true. If there is nothing on the dog or animal that signifies it is a service animal then you have the right to ask if it’s a service animal, and what it helps with. She would not hear anything I had to say, and she said she was going to get her district manager to explain it to me. I already know by law you cannot ask somebody if they have a disability, but if there is nothing on the animal, that says it is, then you have the right to ask if it is. Unfortunately, we will never be going back to Arby’s in Rolla. The staff was unprofessional, and made me feel like I was in the wrong.

I went through the drive thru and ordered their 2 for $7 cheddar and roast beef sandwiches. I had them add lettuce and tomato as well as a small curly fries. I was shocked that their small fries were almost the size of McDonald’s large fries which was a very pleasant surprise that will surely upset my doctor if she reads this! The sandwiches were awesome and I almost couldn’t finish them! So delicious! The employees were very nice and helpful. I was second in line but even with that, I don’t think I was there for over five minutes. Quick, friendly and delicious! I strongly suggest you treat yourself this week to a trip to the Rolla, Missouri Arby’s.
