Went to grab Arby’s tonight and not only did they give us a brisket sandwich instead of the French dip, I asked for a refund (on the price difference only) for the price difference. Got told they can’t give me a refund “because the assistant manager doesn’t have the code to put in and would need the manager to enter” and “come back tomorrow” ummmm… I live 20 minutes away. Absolutely not. Call your manager and have them give the code? “No, they are off the clock” I’m livid at this point and being told that I’m not getting my money back (that I work for) is not being put back in my account. So I flip off everyone (no money, I’m mad) and then get told “that was unnecessary” and “do not come back or we will call the cops” I’m sorry did my finger hurt you? Not getting the price difference back goes against ME. I do not spend my hard money to get screwed out of it, Uncle Sam does plenty of that. Will not spend anymore of my money at that establishment. Maybe they should always have someone there that can issue refunds?

Ordered thru door dash, the door dahser was there before food was ready and they drive time to my house was typical so I was happy to be getting hot food delivered (we never do this, but I am not feeling the best). I was upset when I discovered the food was cold.. not mildly warm but down right cold (discusting fries and mozzarella sticks). I ordered a french dip and the bread was stale, which wouldn’t have bothered me so much is I had gotten the au jus that is supposed to come with it, but it was missing. Also, ordered the fish sticks that were supposed to come with tater sauce that was also missing.

Food was decent. But I decided I wanted a wagyu burger and went in after we got our drive through order. The manager ignored me standing at the counter. After a few minutes she finally called a girl to come up to the front. I get that she was doing other things but she didn’t even acknowledge me. As a manager she could have said ” Someone will be right with you”. Leaving a review so that hopefully her actions can be corrected. 3 stars is for the food. Girl at the counter who took my order was kind and attentive.

Ordered a Reuben Combo. The sandwich was simply marbled rye bread. The menu does not label the sandwich as “grilled”, but in the past is was grilled or toasted—not sure which. Definitely was better than plain marbled rye bread. Very disappointed.

I was the only person in line at the drive thru. 4:15 on a Thursday. For no apparent reason, They asked me to pull into a parking space to wait. I declined. The manager then came to the window and aggressively asked me “is there a problem? My staff asked you to pull forward!” I explained I did not wish to park and I would wait there at the window. Am I in someone’s way? Why ? She got even more upset at this and started telling me about “that’s how they do it there.” At this point she was irate so I simply asked for my money back. She angrily gave it to me and I went across the street to Taco Bell. It was delicious. Rude management trickles down to Rude staff. Eat elsewhere. This restaurant is managed very poorly. It was made very clear to me that she did not care about me as a customer. Apparently at this Arby’s “they have the attitudes”

I went thru drive thru that was the wrong move. I ordered 2 number 17’s which is french dip combo meals with 2 ice teas. They forgot the french dip so I turned around and ask for them in the drive thru so I was given 2 aujur. When I got home (30 miles from arby’s) I then new why they didn’t give any aujur with the meal my sandwiches where not roast beef they where 2 Italian subs. They gave me someone else order.

We prefer Arby’s over all fast food restaurants! But now they offer more menu items (9) that are poultry of some kind and only (6-7) beef options. And a favorite menu item of mine was the hot ham & cheese sandwich. What in the world happened to “Arby’s Roast Beef” ???
