I had ordered the newer burger they have there and it was pink (raw) in the middle. When I called the kid on the phone said that is the way they serve them is medium rare. I said I bet if I temp’d this it wouldn’t temp to 165 like it should. I worked for McDonalds for 25 years this isn’t right. He said ma’am were not McDonalds were Arby’s.

Not busy when I pulled in got to window to be told have to have exact change. No peppercorn ranch and pull out to wait need to make more fries. Waited waited and saw my bag being taken to another car first. Not a very pleasant experience, but food was good.

I went to Arby’s yesterday and bought a chicken salad sandwich. The bread was stale (hard). So had my husband pick up a chicken salad wrap without lettuce tonight. The wrap was so hard I don’t know how they rolled it up and it was full of lettuce. I usually would give them a five star review, but not this week.

I really like Army’s food in general and most of the food. I had for the first time the crispy fish. It was not what the picture on marquee looked like. It did not fit on bun. Buns are round and the fish was a triangle shape .(to big) there was too much sauce on it that did not taste like Tartar sauce. Sorry guys. Stay with beef.
