Oh my gosh, the young girl in drive thru, I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!! I know you are thinking, “Oh my gosh, it is a drive thru….BUT ya all know the person in the drive thru can make or break your visit!! This young girl went above and beyond!! When I got to the window to pay, she had said something I said oh I apologize, it’s been a long, rough day. She said oh I am sorry, I replied, thank you so very much!! She brought a smile to my face!! It was later evening this past Friday. As I was waiting for my order, she opened the window and said, “Would you like a shake?”” I said really she said Yes!! I usually do not drink shakes, but she was offering because of my mentioning a bad day, it would have been rude to say no. I gotta tell you she was AWESOME KIND & THOUGHTFUL!! OH, and that chocolate shake was DELISH YUM!! I hope that the store manager sees this and knows that kind gesture will keep me coming back, and I will be ordering their shake too! Thank you to the girl in drive thru!! Have a fabulous year!!

Idk how someone orders a menu item called loaded bacon ranch fries. And the chicken is cold, and there’s no ranch. It’s literally in the damn name. No lunch for me today.

Not my absolute favorite place to eat, but they were the only ones with an open dining room at the time. Floors were super sticky, which is kid of gross when entering a restaurant.

I’m pretty much a fan of this location. It doesn’t get a lot of indoor traffic but it seems they have a fair amount of drive-thru traffic.

This is the worst Arby’s my wife & I have ever eaten at, the last 4 time we have went there they messed up our order wrong items and the last time everything was messed up or over cooked.

Hours are sometimes inconsistent… Closing unexpectedly early, for example. If it weren’t for that, I’d probably rate it five stars. I regularly visit this location and the food is always good.
