Food was mediocre at best. The fries were overcooked and it was obvious the oil they were fried in was old. On our way out my dad tripped and fell on an unmarked curb where it appears they had recently redid part of the sidewalk. A man came out to check on dad but made no move to help dad up and never once suggested or offered to write up a report. I had to insist a report be made. They went thru the motions of doing a report but did not give us a report number or any type of reference information. They said we would recieve a phone call or email followup but so far none has happened. I give this location one star for management.

Nothing wrong with the workers there at all but the wagyu Steakhouse burger is a joke. It’s like the size of a Whopper Jr. $13 tiny Burger. It was one of the mill. Definitely not worth 13 bucks

If you want the worst customer service of your life, then come in here! I walked in about 30 minutes ago to order something and I was met with the rudest lady in the front. She’s a bigger build and is older and had the most fed up- face ever. I said “hi” and she didn’t even say hi back and then took my order like she hated working here with the rudest look and manners to ever exist in customer service. If you want a better job, you are not forced to work at this location. I left extremely upset and I will never come to this location again. This is Thursday May 25, and I walked in at around 2pm. This location needs friendlier workers.

I was excited to get Arby’s because there’s very few of them around where I live. When I received my food I was so disappointed, it was definitely nothing like the other Arby’s I had been to. Needless to say I will not be going back although the food was not so great the service was even worse. I would give the service a half of the star food one star. I will never go back to this place again.

Wagyu burger was a sorry sight. Hard and black like they made it last Wednesday. I had them remake it and what did they do?? Gave me another hard, nasty burger. Do these people have any quality standards. 12$ for a hard, old burger. I won’t make that mistake again. That’s the last time I waste my hard earned money at Arby’s!!
