If I could, I would’ve given 0 stars. The food I ordered was the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches, the chicken was not fully cooked. I called, they said I could get a refund so I literally just went in there to get my refund. The workers there were not friendly one bit. The girl working the register, she asked me what she could do for me, I said I was there for a refund, she made a huge sigh and went and got a guy. She told him I was there for a refund, he looked at me and rolled his eyes. Then on top of it, there was two girls behind the metal counter right where the deli meat slicer is and they were being super ignorant, kept looking at me, talking bad about me. The lady that was working the register, she was talking with them and she was like, “I’m right here” and the one girl that was closest to the slicer, she said, “Not you” and then she said, “her” very quietly and looked right at me. I will not be returning to Arby’s at this location anymore. I’ve never had an issue before until today. The only nice person was the manager that I talked to on the phone, she was very polite and very respectful.

Me and my 4 kids stopped in at this Arby’s yesterday as we were traveling through on I-44. A customer in the store, who who was likely harmless and just mentally challenged, was continually getting in our space and asking us highly personal questions. Visit this past week, yes I had their French dip combo, son had meat mountain combo, see photos in size…huge 7 difference kinds of meat!!! Son stated, he diffently would eat it again. Employee told son, wow we don’t get to many request for meat mountain sandwich
