Food was ok, but the atmosphere is worse than a Waffle House at 3am. The workers wearing masks half way, but every table has trash on it. Floors are sticky. There is a guy in the back with long hair with no hair net that’s done nothing but complain while in here.

I have been to this location 4 or 5 times now since moving out this way and every time the experience has been great. This might be the best Arby’s in the state. The food is always hot and fresh, and, they always slice the beef nice and thin, just like it should be. The staff is always great, polite and efficient. Thank you for caring about your customers!!

First time doing a mobile order. Even went inside to make sure that the order was right. They verified twice that everything in the bag was correct. I get home and nope, it’s not. I understand that mistakes happen but not sure how a double cheddar sandwich turns into a regular single. Just very frustrating. Especially when you’re picking up food for your family and the look of excitement turns into disappointment.

I put in an online order for 3 French Dip combos. Showed up to pick up my food and had to wait 30 minutes in the store. All of customers in the drive thru and in store orders were taken care of first. I ordered online so i didn’t have to wait. To add insult, I did not get my food all at once so the sandwiches were cold by the time I received the rest of my order.

Arby’s how hard is it to get just a fish sandwich plain with just cheese . Pretty hard at the Fenton location. The manger said they were just as I ordered them but I opened them up to see lettuce & tartar sauce . And no cheese on any of the 3 I ordered. I went inside so they didn’t get it wrong but they did . Check your order before leaving . It pays

Stopped in the try the Wagyu burger and I was surprised at the overall quality. I didn’t expect this level of quality but it was truly good. If I was to be critical of anything it would be the temperature of the burger. I was there later than normal, around 9 pm, and therefore was asked to wait while the burger finished cooking.
