Their new burger is good, just needs some seasoning but other then that, I liked it, was juicy, I wonder how long it’s going to be around, anytime they bring good food around for the Springfield locals, it never stays around long.

We love Arby’s on North Dirksen Parkway in Springfield Illinois Curt is a great manager and the employees are very good as well they give military discount and our dog our dog loves their roast beef

I was looking for dinner on my way home, and I ended up on Arby’s. I was very impressed on the cashier working the front counter. So pleasant, speedy, courteous, and professional. I ended up getting chicken nuggets and they were very well cooked. The service I received to particular location is really amazing. Because they give their best to make the customer satisfied on the service and especially to the food.

Considering where this Arby’s is, it’s kind of a “flagship” for the franchise. Service here seems to always be top notch. My only complaint is that often dining room service is not available.. Manpower issues I’m told.

Food seemed either over cooked or stale. The fish sandwich was a little too chewy around the edges, and they skimped on the sauce on the sandwich. I did get a half hearted “thank you” when I paid, better the mcyDs, where they don’t even make eye contact with you.
