Got the 1/2 LB roast beef sandwich. Yum Yum. Crinkle cut fries doesn’t replace the potato cakes. Fries were good and hot. Must be the short staff and long hours. Front crew was a little crabby. But the 1/2 LBer made up for the crabby.

Got there on Sunday night at 9:35 and store was closed! I checked the website to make sure I had enough time to make the 20 mile trip. Such a disappointment. Wasted trip for me getting Arby’s

We stopped there the other day and there was a thunderstorm so they didn’t take our order in the drive through which was fine. We waited in the parking lot and when the storm calmed down a little we ran through the rain to the door to order inside. The door was locked, the employees were sitting around a table and a lady said “sorry”. I’m not sure what was going on inside but i had stopped there two weeks prior and ate inside. Nothing was posted on the door. We went down the street to Burger King and had excellent service.

There is a reason why this Arbys is rarely busy. Their customer service is horrible. Tonight I was yelled at through the drive through speaker because I couldn’t understand if she mumbled size or side. The last time I was lectured because I asked for extra horsey sauce. Disappointing because their food is decent. I gave 2 stars for their food.
